Why can’t I register my details on your site?   Top

    If you are entering an incorrect email address or password then this could be causing you trouble logging in. Check that you have your correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password please click here to be taken to the login page. Enter your email address and select ‘I have forgotten my password’. An automated email will be sent to you with your password.

    Internet Explorer Privacy Settings
    If you have the privacy settings set to medium high, this will allow you to register on web pages. If you have them on high or block cookies you cannot register and you get bumped back to the log in screen.

    How to check your Internet Explorer Privacy Settings

    Step 1. Run Internet Explorer by double-clicking its icon on the desktop.

    Step 2. Click on the Tools menu, and select Internet Options.

    Step 3. Click on the Security Tab button, side the bar to medium.

    Step 4. Close down Internet Explorer and re-launch Internet Explorer.

    How is my order shipped?   Top
    All orders from our web site are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel service.

    When will my order arrive?   Top
    As long as we have all the items you ordered in stock, your order will be picked and packed the same day and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.

    All our parcels are sent via Australia Post ex Sydney, NSW so depending on where you are located delivery normally takes between 7-10 working days.

    How much does shipping cost?   Top
    The delivery fee is dependant on the weight, dimensions and destination of the parcel. All parcels are shipped via standard Australia Post ex Sydney, NSW. The delivery fee or shipping cost for your order is calculated and displayed in your order details at checkout prior to entering your payment details.

    If you are shopping from a 'Petalia-Powered' website you can elect to have your parcel delivered to the veterinary clinic in question at no charge. You will then need to collect your parcel from the veterinary clinic.

    Do you accept returns?   Top
    Firstly, you must notify Customer Service of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your order for approval. Then, if the product is in perfect condition with tags etc. still on, you can return it to our address printed on the dispatch label and order new products from our website to the same value. We will credit you for the original product when you send us an order number for the new order.

    What currency are your prices in?   Top
    All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars.

    Do you deliver orders outside of Australia?   Top
    At this stage we do not deliver any products outside of Australia. We are investigating the possibility of providing an international order service but until such time all orders can only be delivered to an Australian state or territory.
