Getting around the site

| Information and products on our site are organised by pet species - simply click the tab for your pet in the main navigation section at the top of the screen. |  |
 | The navigation section located on the left hand side of the screen displays interactive categories, such as the vet locator, pick-a-pet and food selecta tools. It also lists information and product categories (depending on whether you are in answers or shopping) related to your pet selection - simply click the icons or text links. |
| The panel displayed at the right hand side of the screen enables you to view the contents of your shopping cart, proceed to shopping checkout and provides direct links to our featured products - simply click the links, product image or product description. |  |

Moving between Answers and Shopping

Within each pet section, such as Dogs or Cats, our site operates in 2 modes:

- Answers (this is the default) or
- Shopping

Moving between Answers and Shopping is easy to achieve by a single click.
At the far left and far right of the main navigation section at the top of the screen an icon displays what mode you are in, and provides a link for you to move between each.
The top left icon (just below the home tab) indicates which mode you are currently in.
The top right icon (just below the help button) becomes the link to move into the other mode.
 | Also, at the top of each page directly below the main navigation section a line of text indicates what mode you are in and provides another link for you to be able to change modes easily. |

Searching
Top
Located at the centre of the main naviagtion bar at the top of the screen is a quick search or detailed search option.
For a quick search simply type in a key word or words into the box next to the Quick Search option, such as flea or litter tray, and choose which species it is relevant to from a dropdown menu, such as all species, dog or cat etc., and then click go.
For a more detailed search, click the Detailed Search option and a new page will come in the centre of the screen for you to refine your search.
